Please note that we do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges on orders placed through our 2-hour delivery service.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is processed and dispatched immediately to ensure timely delivery.
- As these are perishable or time-sensitive products, we are unable to accept cancellations or initiate refunds once the order is out for delivery.
- We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.
- In the rare case that a product is damaged or missing in your order, please reach out to us within 1 day of receiving the order at support@cookdtv.com or via WhatsApp at +91 98843 44221 with photos and order details. If the issue is verified by our team, we may offer a replacement or partial credit at our sole discretion.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
